How we verify jobs
Kodyfier Jobs is a job discovery platform, not a job board. Every listing is a summary that points to an official source — here is exactly what we do before and after a job appears on the site.
Official sources only
Jobs come only from manually vetted official company sources — company career pages and applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby. We do not accept listings from consultancies or unverified recruiters.
Every batch is checked before it goes live
Before a batch of jobs is published, each apply link is re-checked live against the company's official page, duplicates are removed, and stale postings are dropped. Nothing goes live without passing these checks.
Apply only on official pages
The Apply button always redirects you to the company's official career page or ATS. We never collect applications, resumes, or personal documents ourselves.
We never ask for money
Kodyfier Jobs is free. We will never ask you for a registration fee, processing fee, security deposit, or payment of any kind — and no legitimate employer will either. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it is a scam.
Broken or vanished jobs are hidden
An automated link checker probes every active job's official apply link. If a link is confirmed dead, or a posting disappears from the company's official feed, the job is hidden from public listings until it recovers or is removed.
We never invent details
If a company does not state a deadline, salary, or other detail, we show "Not specified by company" instead of guessing. The "Last verified" date on a job page is the real timestamp of our most recent successful link check — never an estimate.
